Social Work

There are four different social workers, who work with various ages and issues. Some of the issues addressed are: anxiety, self esteem/ self-identity, depression, life transition, relationship issues, racism, family of origin, and current family issues, parenting, trauma issues, and workplace issues, Please see each social worker's bio for their individual specialties.

Paula was a Registered Psychologist in Peru, where she practiced for six years. Paula now is registered in Saskatchewan as a M. Ed. Registered Psychologist (provisional). Paula’s therapeutic approach integrates the main evidence-based therapies used in psychology. She works with adolescents, adults and elderly in the areas of anxiety, depression, chronic stress, life transitions, grieving, perfectionism and self-esteem issues. Trina has a wide range of therapeutic experience working alongside children, youth, young adults, and adults for the past 17 years. Her counselling approach includes cognitive behavior therapy, solution-focused, strengths-based, mindfulness, and grief recovery. Trina has and will continue to provide a space for clients to feel trusted, feel connected, and not feel judged. As life brings us challenges and obstacles to overcome, Trina has compassion, understanding and life experiences in helping others through their grief journey. Trina’s brother was in a tragic car accident a number of years ago, and part of her journey and meaning in life is to support others through their grief and hold space for those dealing with their difficult life journey. As part of her counselling work, she supports clients and helps them navigate their mental health concerns by helping them accept and acknowledge as part of the healing process.

Trina is a mom to three active children and has been born and raised in Regina. Her down time is in her happy place; the hockey rink watching her children shine their light on the ice. If she isn’t in the rink, she is at the ball diamond cheering on her kids. Trina is very passionate about helping others ‘shine their light’ brighter and helping others see the pockets of JOY in their lives.

He operates from a standpoint of acceptance, taking a collaborative approach to therapy and creating a space where clients can tell their stories in an open and supportive environment. Milo has experience working with anxiety, depression, trauma, and personality disorders. He has a special interest in diverse populations and LGBTQIA+ issues.

I provide online therapy services in Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Nova Scotia. My counselling practice draws from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Compassionate Inquiry, Narrative therapy, and Solution-focused therapy, among others.
